Worknano docs: how to use the workspace
These pages show how to do the job in Worknano. What to open, what to click, what happens next. Live click-tours stay inside the signed-in app. Product stories stay on the marketing articles.
Everyday pages
- My: open your work, approve something, set your card.
- Projects: pick a project, add a task, move it on the board.
- CRM: add a company, a contact, and a deal, then move the deal.
- OKR: change the quarter, add a key result, update the number.
- Forms: create a form, share the link, read submissions.
- Chat: start a conversation, reply, react, and set your chat switches.
- Files: open a folder, upload, set who can see it.
- Dashboards: create a page, add a widget, share it.
- Page assistant: sparkles or Ctrl/Cmd+J, starters, history.
- Tickets: intake on a project, escalate to a task or an idea.
Organization
Start at Organization (invite someone, set a team). Then:
- Org chart
- Secrets: add a shared login and approve a request
- Generators
- Announcements
- Brand kit
Config and the API
Start at Config if you set the workspace up. Then Models, Module builder (add a page), Workflows, Permissions, Agents, Integrations, Notifications.
Developer docs sit here too: how to read, create, update, and delete a record over HTTP. Same pattern on every module.
Questions that are not “how do I do this” belong in the help center.
To let AI apps such as Claude, Cursor or Codex work in the workspace, see MCP.
