Email signature generator and link templates
This lives under Organization. Click Generators in the left sidebar. These are reusable builders: QR codes, tracked links, HTML snippets, signatures, and files. They pull from the person and from the brand kit (name, title, logo, colors). You do not paste a new signature into every mail client by hand.
How to add a generator
- Open Organization. Click Generators.
- Click header + when you can create. A new generator starts. This walk does not have to save one.
- Open a row later to edit it. The /go link and its QR stay the same if you only change the page they open. A printed code keeps working.

How to restore defaults
- If you deleted or broke a built-in generator, use the replay icon in the toolbar (Restore default generators).
- Confirm Restore. Built-in generators go back to their original templates. Generators you created stay.
- If the list is empty, the empty state tells you to restore, or to add one with +.
Catalog built-ins cannot be deleted for good. Restore defaults puts them back. Back to Organization or the docs map.
