How to edit a page assistant and a reusable agent
This lives under Config. Two different jobs sit here.
The sparkles button or Ctrl/Cmd+J opens the assistant attached to that page. My already knows your tasks. Projects knows the open board. Config knows the catalog. That is a conversation. How to use the drawer is the page assistant.
An agent is a reusable task: system prompt, tools, output format, model. You run it from a record button, in bulk, or as a workflow step. You do not create agent records from Projects or CRM. Agents are configuration. Do not add a foreign key from another model to agent. Wire an agent by id on the page or in a workflow effect.
How to edit one
- Open Config. Click Agents. If the tab is missing, that editor is off. Shipped assistants still run.
- Open a row. Set system and user prompts, tools, delegatable agents, output type, model, and temperature.
- Save. Page sparkles / Ctrl+J uses the page’s assistant. A workflow step uses the agent you pick on that step.
How this differs from the page assistant
The tab on a project is the project chat. Type at the bottom of that tab. Check Ask to and pick an agent, or type the name. The checkbox clears after you send. That is not the header sparkles drawer.
Brand voice (how the assistant should sound) lives under Organization → Settings. Adding a whole sidebar page with the assistant is Module builder.
