Workspace admin: models, pages, and workflows
This page is for people who set up the workspace. It is usually at the bottom of the sidebar (Meta Data Config). Not everyone sees it. Change things carefully. The app, the server, and the assistants all read this setup.
Left tabs: Models, Pages, Workflows (including Connected Fields), Permissions, Agents, Integrations, Notifications. If a tab is missing, that editor is off or your role cannot open it. Built-in automations and agents can still run when their editor is hidden. Walk me or ? walks each editor that is on.
What stays here
Pages are the left-sidebar screens: My, Projects, CRM. Here you choose the layout, the tabs, and which list or form sits on each section. Each card is a sidebar page. Open one to edit sections, tabs, and paths. Do not invent a whole page for one setting. Reuse a section. Adding a page is the module builder.
Notifications are message templates used when a workflow notifies someone. Title and body can insert fields from the record. Every send writes an in-app notification. How to edit them, and how email looks, is Notifications.
