How to add an integration endpoint and read the API log

Updated 2026-10-15

This lives under Config. You do not operate this page for daily work. A workflow may send a deal to another system or open a ticket when you click an action. The call is a workflow step. If the Integrations tab is missing, that studio is off. Shipped endpoints can still be called.

How to add an endpoint

  1. Open Config. Click Integrations, then Endpoints.
  2. Add where to call, which method, and query. An integration can also hold the base URL, auth, and headers.
  3. What to send and where to put the reply is usually on the workflow step, not only on the endpoint. Open the workflow, pick the step, set the mapping there.
  4. Store API keys in Secrets or the integration auth fields, not in a page handler.

Inbound webhooks and the API log

  1. Open Inbound webhooks. Outside tools push in (Zapier, Make, a provider). Same mapping style as outbound.
  2. When a step fails, open API log. You see request, response, status, and how long it took. Read-only.

The HTTP interface itself is the developer docs. Back to Config or the docs map.
