How to use My: your work, approvals, and profile

Updated 2026-10-16

Open My from the left sidebar. This is your home. It shows work assigned to you, not the company-wide lists. A badge on My usually means someone is waiting on you to approve something.

How to open a record from Summary

  1. Stay on the first tab. You see counts and small charts for your open tasks, key results, and deals.
  2. Click a number or a row.
  3. That record opens. If “My tasks” shows 3, those are your three cards.

Example: Summary shows 2 deals. You click the row. The deal panel opens.

How to use Walk me and My Agent

  1. Walk me (the compass, next to Brief me) or ? in the sidebar opens the list of page tours. Pick one when you want a live click-through of this screen.
  2. Brief me is the sparkles button. Sparkles or Ctrl/Cmd+J opens My Agent. It already knows this page: your tasks, key results, and deals.
  3. Starter cards sit at the top. Click one to send a ready-made question, such as “What should I finish before lunch?”
  4. Type your own question in the composer. History keeps past chats. + starts a new chat.

The drawer is the page assistant. Full steps: How to use the page assistant.

How to set your card

Profile is identity, not the company directory. Full steps: Profile.

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Hover the avatar to upload or remove a photo. View Card opens the public profile other people see.
  3. Turn the card on or off. Choose whether phone and email show on it. Connect a calendar and set working hours so someone can request a meeting from your card. Add to phone downloads a contact file.

Header + is hidden on Summary and Profile. You do not create a record from those tabs.

How to approve or reject

You do not create an approval here. A workflow on another record sends one to you. Full steps: Approvals.

  1. Open the Approvals tab (or follow the badge).
  2. Pending is waiting on you. Open the row. Approve or reject. Leave a comment if the form asks for one.
  3. Requests is what you submitted, and whether it was approved.

Example: a teammate asks for the shared Slack login. You see it under Pending, approve it, and they can open the password.

How to add work on your own tabs

The same kinds of records as the shared pages, filtered to you. Tabs you cannot read (module off or no permission) stay hidden.

  1. Open the tab you want: OKR, Tasks, Ideas, Contacts, Deals, Files, or Secrets.
  2. On Tasks you see Active tasks assigned to you, on a board. Type a title at the bottom of a column (To Do, In Progress, or Done) and press Enter. Drag the card when the status changes. Click the card to set a due date or owner.
  3. On OKR you see key results where you are responsible, accountable, consulted, or informed. Update the number on the row you own. The shared tree is OKR.
  4. Ideas you own stay here until someone turns them into a task. They never go In Progress.
  5. Contacts and Deals are CRM records you own. Drag a deal between stages. The shared pipeline is CRM.
  6. Files are uploads you made. Double-click to view or edit. The shared library is Files.
  7. Secrets are logins you can open. Header + adds one: name, account, password (stored encrypted), and who can see it. Available lists company secrets you can request. The company vault is Organization → Secrets.

Header + creates a record for the tab you are on. It is hidden on Summary and Profile, and hidden if your role cannot create. Filter, sort, group, and search sit on the list toolbar when that view can be filtered.

Example: on Tasks you add “Call the printer” in To Do, drag it to In Progress when you start, open the card, and set Friday.

Company lists stay on Projects, CRM, OKR, and Files.
