Organization Assistant: manage teams, people and brand in plain words
The Organization Assistant lives on the Organization page. It helps with people and structure, brand identity, and the small generators for links and signatures. Instead of opening a team, editing a member list and saving, you say what you want: "Add Maria to the Sales team."
It works on the same models as the rest of the product. Teams, users and roles are normal records, so what the assistant changes shows up immediately in the Organization view.
What it does
- Manages people. It adds or removes team members, makes someone a team lead, creates a user with an email and name, and deactivates a user.
- Looks people up. It resolves names, teams and roles from your data and does not guess IDs. If two people match, it asks you.
- Handles brand identity. Colours, fonts, guidelines and logos. For a theme or palette request it applies a full theme pack instead of editing colour rows by hand.
- Designs a logo. It generates a logo from your company name and brand colours, and you decide whether to apply it. It does not copy trademarked logos.
- Produces generators. Campaign links with tracking parameters, email signatures, and quick links such as mailto, call or vCard.
- Draws org charts and checks data hygiene for missing owners and stale data.
When it helps
- A new colleague starts on Monday. "Create a user for Jonas Weber, email [email protected], and add him to Operations." You review the preview and confirm.
- You refresh your brand. "Use #1F6FEB as the primary colour" produces a theme pack, so buttons, charts and pages stay consistent.
- Marketing needs a tracked link. "Campaign link for our spring webinar" renders the link without an interview about every parameter.
How it works with your data
It reads only what your role allows. Some things stay locked on purpose: roles are system-defined, so the assistant cannot create or delete them, and it never invents an email address for a new user. Changes to teams, users or branding are previews that you confirm. A generated logo is applied only when you click.
It runs on a fast model by default. When you ask for something that belongs to the setup of the workspace, such as a new field, it opens the configuration assistant instead of drafting the configuration itself.
Make it yours
The Organization Assistant is a record in the Agents module. Change its instructions, model, temperature or tools, duplicate it, or start a blank agent for another admin area. See Build your own agent for the steps and How to edit a page assistant and a reusable agent for the editor. Most people meet this agent through the page assistant.
