Content Writer: writes and improves short text anywhere
Short text is everywhere in a workspace. A product description, a button label, a website block, a note for a customer. Content Writer is a general copywriter that any module can call. You give it an instruction and, if you have one, the text to improve. It gives back the text and nothing else.
Worknano is customisable with AI, focused on core functionality and built on one UI, UX and database across modules. Content Writer follows the same idea: one small agent that every module can reuse, so you do not need a separate writing tool in each place.
What it does
- Writes new text from an instruction, or rewrites existing text while keeping its meaning and roughly its length.
- Follows the tone you ask for, such as professional, friendly, playful or formal. Without one, it stays clear and professional.
- Writes in the language you name. Without one, it matches the language of your instruction or text.
- Returns plain text by default, or simple inline HTML such as bold, italic, links, line breaks, paragraphs and lists when you ask for it. Scripts, styles and event handlers are never part of the output.
- Uses extra context you give, such as brand, audience or the content around the text.
- Returns only the finished text: no preamble, no explanation, no code fences.
When it helps
- A website block. You paste a rough headline and ask for a friendlier version in German. You get one clean line back.
- A CRM follow-up. You ask for a short, formal note to a client after a call. You add the facts, and the agent turns them into a tidy paragraph.
- Consistent descriptions. You have twenty product descriptions of different length. You run each through the agent with the same tone and a target length.
How it works with your data
Content Writer has no tools. It does not search your workspace, read other records or write anything back. It sees only the instruction, the text and the context you or the calling page pass in. The result appears in the field or panel you called it from, and you decide whether to keep it. It does not run on its own.
It runs on a fast model, which suits short copy.
What it does not do
- It does not invent facts, prices or claims. If you did not provide a number, it will not make one up. Check any claim before you publish.
- It does not know your brand voice by itself. Set the tone and give context, or put your voice rules into the agent's instructions. Organisation-wide voice settings live in your organisation settings.
- It is not built for long documents. For a page of content, write in sections.
Content Writer pairs well with Page Creator, which builds the page, and Task Summarizer, which condenses text instead of extending it.
Make it yours
Content Writer is a record in the Agents module. Change its instructions to bake in your house style, set the model and temperature for more or less variation, duplicate it for another audience, or start blank.
