Chat: a topic on the work, not another inbox
Chat is the conversation next to the work. A topic can be about a deal, a task, or a note to yourself. The people on that topic and the Worknano Assistant reply in the same thread, so the answer stays next to the record instead of in a separate Slack workspace.
What you do with it
- Start a topic. The thread is about one thing, not a channel that mixes the whole company.
- Ask the assistant there. Mention Worknano Assistant. It answers in the topic, with the same records the page already knows.
- Keep people in the thread. A teammate and the assistant can both reply. You do not copy the question into another tool.
Ask a plain question and @Assistant or an AI agent uses semantic search to pull the right documents, tasks and deals into the topic. It finds content by meaning, not exact words, and the same permissions apply.
How it is different from the AI Assistant
The sparkles assistant is the panel on the right of the page you are on. Chat is the shared topic. Use the assistant when you are looking at a record. Use Chat when the conversation itself is the work.
