Use Worknano as an app on desktop and mobile
Install Worknano as an app on your computer, Android phone, iPhone or iPad. Open your workspace from your desktop or home screen, check your work, respond to your team and show your business card without searching through browser tabs. You can keep using Worknano in your browser too.
Native apps are on the way
Native apps for different platforms are in development. App Store and Google Play releases are planned; the badges here lead to this guide, not a download. You can already install your workspace as a web app.
Start in your own workspace
Open your company's Worknano address and sign in. Install from there: each workspace has its own address and branding. This public website cannot choose the right workspace for you.
- Desktop: use the Install app action when available, or your browser's install option. Chrome and Edge support installation on compatible devices.
- Android: open your workspace in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- iPhone or iPad: open your workspace in Safari, use Share → Add to Home Screen, then launch it from the new icon.
The available action depends on your browser and device. Installation is optional; an internet connection is still needed for workspace data.
Choose what reaches you
In Settings → Notifications, choose the in-app notices and email options available for your workspace. You can also control chat notices and whether message previews include text. Enable notifications on each device where you want them and allow the browser's permission request.
Push follows your workspace's notification rules and your preferences. Availability depends on workspace setup, browser support and device settings. On iPhone and iPad, open the installed home-screen app first; web push requires iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later. If notifications are blocked, review the site's permission in your browser or device settings.
Keep your business card with you
Open your profile's business-card view to show your QR code at a meeting. Choose which profile details you share. A public card does not give visitors access to your private workspace. Explore your profile and business card.
